- How do you determine sizes?
We offer our products in different sizes. The size of our rectangular products is the length of the longest side. For round products, it is the diameter. The rest of our products are measured by taking the points furthest from each other.
- Where do I enter my promo code?
Add the item(s) you want to purchase to your cart. Then click "View Cart" to see your cart page. Press "Proceed to Checkout" and you should see a field for a promo code or gift certificate. Enter your code in the field and click "Apply". This will update your order total.
- Will my metal product rust?
Our metal products are powder coated and cured in a 400 degree oven, which protects your panel from the elements. Our stainless steel products are naturally rustproof due to the properties of this material. Corten, on the other hand, quickly develops a beautiful rusty patina, as we already deliver it with pre-oxidation.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs vary depending on size and destination country. For deliveries within Europe, it's around €12.90.
- What are your return conditions?
Since our products are personalized, they cannot be returned for a refund. If you receive a product that is not compliant or if you notice a missing item, let us know within three business days of receipt. We will quickly find a solution.
For non-personalized products, you have a 2-week return period, but the return costs will be at your expense.
Once you receive a confirmation email stating that your order is in production, it is no longer possible to make changes. If you want to change the text, size or color at this stage, we unfortunately have to charge 20% of the original price.
- How do I hang my metal sign?
Most of our signs are lightweight and can be easily hung with a single nail. Our street signs and house numbers come with bolts and mounting hardware. For stainless steel signs, we often prefer to glue them with silicone. If you want holes in your sign, just send us a little message with your order!
- Can you create a custom design for me?
Sure! You can use our request form here: Request. If you already have sketches or files, feel free to attach them.
- How to be informed about your promotions?
We often offer deals and discounts, but the best thing to do is to subscribe to our newsletter. Sign up by clicking "Subscribe" at the top right of the screen. You'll have an advantage, because our promos are sent to our subscribers first!
- I need an item by a specific date. What should I do?
As we do not have an expedited delivery service, we advise you to order at least 4 weeks before the desired date. Even if we manage the production well, delivery can take 2-3 days in Germany, but sometimes up to a week. Better to plan a little more time.
- What delivery service do you use?
We ship all our products with DHL. Depending on your location, it can take between 3 and 5 days. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can see where your package is!
- What colors do you offer?
At the moment, we offer the following finishes for your metal decorative items:
Black (RAL 9005)
White (RAL 9010)

Corten (rusty effect)
Our powder coated products follow a careful process to ensure a durable surface, whether indoors or outdoors.
- What is the thickness of the steel in your products?
Our custom products are cut from 2mm steel. Non-custom products are made from 1.5mm steel. This thickness was chosen to ensure you get a strong, quality item, while still being light enough to hang on your wall or door.
- How long does it take to manufacture my order?
In general, production takes 7 to 10 business days. We can start production only when we have received your order and the final design. Corten takes a little longer, because we "rust" it before shipping, so that its patina develops properly.
- Do I need to create a customer account?
No, you don't have to create an account if you don't want to. You can also order as a guest. In this case, your information will not be saved.
- My tracking number says the package is delivered, but I haven't received it!
We will do everything to help you find it. Sometimes it is enough to contact DHL with your tracking number. Often the package is just waiting at a post office to be picked up.
