We are also human :) It may happen that your panel does not exactly match your order. In these cases, we will of course quickly take care of replacing it.

Right of withdrawal
As soon as your order reaches us, we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible. However, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 24 hours without having to provide any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to inform us (Harald Wester, Uracherstr. 3, 50739 Cologne, Germany, info@steelmonks.com , telephone: 0221630603790) by a clear statement (e.g. by telephone or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to send your request before the expiration of this 24-hour period.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you cancel your contract, we will cancel your order and immediately refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we agree otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
The right of withdrawal no longer exists once your personalized product has already been manufactured, as it is tailor-made according to your personal wishes and needs.
This is for custom panels and special orders.
Orders for items from our standard patterned panels category can be cancelled within 10 days of receipt of the product. Please fill out our withdrawal form and return it to us.
We also ask that you return your order in its original packaging, with sufficient postage, to the address indicated on the form. Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately refund the amount of your initial order.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless we agree otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
