General conditions of sale
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
For all orders placed on our online shop, these general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply. Our shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur, on the other hand, is a natural or legal person, or a legally recognized company, who acts within the scope of his or her commercial or independent professional activity.
2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNERS, CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT, POSSIBILITIES OF CORRECTION
The purchase contract is concluded with Harald Wester.
By placing our products online, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before finalizing your order, using the correction tools provided for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button, thereby accepting the offer for the items in your shopping cart. Immediately after sending your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT, REGISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT TEXT
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian.
We save the contract text and send you the details of your order as well as our general terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, the contract text will no longer be accessible on the Internet.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery costs may be added to the prices of the products indicated. You will find more details on possible delivery costs in the respective offers.
We only deliver by postal delivery. On-site collection is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
5. PAYMENT
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Credit card
By placing an order, you provide us with your credit card information. After verifying your status as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be automatically completed and your card will be debited.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there, log in with your credentials and confirm the transaction. After you have validated your order on our website, we ask PayPal to process the transaction. The payment transaction will then be automatically carried out by PayPal. You will find more information during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay with Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, activate the Apple Pay feature, log in with your credentials and confirm the transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically immediately after ordering. More information will be provided to you during the ordering process.
Skrill
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the Skrill website. In order to pay via Skrill, you must be registered there, log in with your credentials and confirm the transaction. The transaction will be processed immediately by Skrill. More information will be provided to you during the ordering process.
6. RETENTION OF TITLE
Items remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The statutory law of liability for defects applies. You will find information on possible additional guarantees and their specific conditions on each product and on dedicated information pages in our online shop.
8. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform which can be accessed here : https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer mediation body.
